TCA is looking to add some creative ninjas to our Grafically team. If you love to create engaging branding quickly, and across multiple platforms, this is the gig for you. From logos to presentations, and concept for brand media collateral we create tactics within all mediums to help our clients connect with their target audiences.

Our team is solely dedicated to making and creating work that fits within brand guidelines and strategies. We’re looking for candidates who have multiple creative skill sets. An ideal Branding and UI Designer thrives on quick-paced projects and love to switch up what they’re working on a daily basis.

Our creative staff is an established, ongoing crew that works together on a regular basis as projects demand it. We are a flexible team.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Brand & UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Be extremely used to working with tight deadlines.
  • With quick turnaround times.
  • Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
  • Have experience designing End to end branding – logo concept to brand guidelines and a design storyboard
  • Hands on Experience with Illustration
  • Be able to create Presentation decks in short time frames.
  • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
  • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience and proven track record.
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
  • Hands-on experience creating branding, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
  • Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
  • Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

    Design
    Short form copy-writing
    Video editing (Adobe Premiere)

    Experience:
    2+ years or relevant experience as a content creator (producer, animator, editor, photographer, designer, writer)
    Strong portfolio of work demonstrating your digital content experience.

    Responsibilities:

    What your day might look like:
    Depending on your skill set, your day consists of making GIFs, creating graphics, shooting photos, editing short video clips, thinking up boomerangs, writing social posts, plotting the perfect Instagram story, penning beautiful email copy, and much more
    Review and leverage client brand standards and tone of voice documents to make engaging content
    Turn raw assets into great content
    Switch between projects on a dime to address shifting priorities
    Potential to pick up someone else’s work and run with it
    Know and utilize best practices for digital content creation (character counts, aspect ratios, etc.)
    Grow your capabilities through experimentation, online resources, and training
